Do you work with custom designs or in-house plans?
We offer both full custom architectural designs and a library of customizable in-house plans.
Can you design a custom plan based on my budget?
Yes. During the initial brief, we align design concepts, floor areas, and material specifications with your target construction budget to avoid over-designing.
How much does architectural design cost?
Design fees depend on project scale, complexity, and required documentation (2D working drawings, 3D renders, structural calculations, and Bill of Quantities). We provide a clear itemized proposal after our first consultation
How do you manage material cost fluctuations during construction?
We use phased procurement, milestone-based payment schedules, and clear contract clauses. Major structural materials (reinforcement bars, cement, blocks) are often bulk-procured early per construction stage to lock in prices.
Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We design and construct private residences, multi-family apartment complexes, office spaces, retail hubs, and industrial structures.
What services do you provide?
We offer end-to-end building solutions, including architectural design, 3D visualization, structural engineering, building planning approvals, full-scale construction, renovation, and project management.
Can clients in the diaspora monitor project progress remotely?
Yes. We provide scheduled milestone reports, live video walk-throughs, high-resolution photo logs, and real-time financial tracking so you stay fully updated from anywhere.
Do you conduct site inspections before designing or building?
Yes. We perform physical site visits to verify plot dimensions, check boundary beacons, assess access roads, inspect drainage, and evaluate soil conditions.
Who certifies the structural safety of the building?
All structural calculations and drawings are stamped by a Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) registered structural engineer
